Achieving a healthy diet
Properly nourishing your body is extremely important. Here are some tips in order to achieve a healthy diet:
- Maintain a healthy weight by eating a healthy, balanced diet rich in plant foods and low in processed and red meats.
- Aim to consume a daily minimum of 5 portions of fruits and vegetables.
- Choose whole grains, such as brown rice, oatmeal and buckwheat, over refined grains, such as white rice and white flour.
